I did mine in early January and I got the email yesterday to move forward with the face to face. On the road on a 4 day so will have only 2 days left when I get home to do this all. I can't give you any recent info about the current process, but I know it's important that you have a good answer for "why JetBlue?".
Probably the single most important question in my opinion.
But who knows, now maybe they're looking for "why do you want to work for United?".
