There is plenty wrong with Envoy. Sorry but there is. Reserve rules are bad and with the forced upgrades you are put back into the system at the bottom in what is likely an airplane and base you don’t want. Managements stance on requiring concessions just to TALK.

Just because starry eyed kids who will take low pay for the travel benefits when they don’t know better are coming here doesn’t make it a great place to be.

Yes, there are some certain circumstances that make this company work for them and some of us have enough invested here that because of where we are in life leaving for anything other than a major just doesn’t make sense. Still doesn’t make it even a good company. And if you are early in your career and life, for most there are much better options.
