Not trying to attack or stir you up, just hoping that you realize you should have gotten a union to get an acceptable contract and pay rates for those Q400s.

And I probabally have more time in type in that shiny little jet of yours than you and your capt combined. Come and fly a turboprop... it will put some hair on your chest...
