FWIW, I recently interviewed with NWA and my interview group consisted of 1 AWAC, 1 Republic, 1 SkyWest, 1 Horizon, 1 Sun Country, 1 CHQ, and 2 XJET, and we ALL got hired. So I guess we are all equal when it comes to quality pilots. Or maybe NWA is just desperate!
