Getting to the CA seat 1-5 years sooner makes worrying about that $13k a fools undertaking.
I certainly wasn’t planning or advocating passing up a job at ANY MAJOR just to keep that. I don’t intend to wait for the flow and my other posts on this subject are specifically about getting hired outside the flow.
