An LOA is a contract, an agreement, you shouldn’t be able to change it willy nilly. If they really wanted it, then they should have put it in a contract that was agreed upon.

If AAG gets away with this, who is to stop them from adding 3 year CA requirement? Heck, why not 5 years? Why not Check Airmen? Why not a 4 year degree too? Why not a Masters? Where does it stop?


Then the flow we have and agreed to in a contract, is no longer the flow we agreed to, and put up with our bottom tier pay for the “light at the end of the tunnel” was all for not. Your chances will be better with just an application and a better paying regional.

I don’t know what PSA or Envoys contract looked like, but sounds like those union dues need to be put to use and lawyer up.
