I have some NetJets / corporate friends that would try to make the argument that they were type rated so when they flew the empty legs in the left seat...they would log it as PIC. Its never too early to start practice interviewing. Emerald Coast or similar services can get you thinking about your experiences and how to apply them to the interview. If you work at XO you probably have plenty to draw from relating to customer service and dealing with people, etc.
Best of luck...plan a vacation or some place you need to be. Thats usually when thye call for an interview.
Yes it's all checked on my airlineapps just forgot to include it when I listed it above. I know exactly what you mean. Lot of people I know did the same thing but I did not begin logging any PIC until I officially upgraded. If it doesnt say Captain so-and-so I dont log it, even on Captain/Captain pairings.
