The other thing that's "fun" to predict is if there will be any more OFCs. There are less FOs than CAs now, and CA time is all critical. I'm guessing they might have a couple more slots this year.
I'd say good metric for that would be critical pay on the FO side for a couple of months, and that hasn't happened yet.
