We are down to 13 a/c. Per the previous plan, we'd have one going away this month, then stop transfers through the end of August, then resume at one a month. That plan called for ending the flying at 3 remaining in April 2020.
Supposedly that is being accelerated. In order to transfer the last ship over in January 2020 (what the PSA was told to expect), we don't stop the transfers this month. Takes a month to do a heavy before they go over - so figure we reach the magic 5-6 planes right at the end of summer flying.
If things go the way we think they go.
