Idk, couple people on here believe itll be OTS success rate. The SSP never attained off the street success rate but supposedly the DGI will be better. The amount of negative advertising and actual harm which will be done to 9E makes the whole DGI program just a waste of time and money which will actually become a negative recruitment tool.
There is no way they will be able to put a positive spin on the ratio of between 100% interviewed to 50% hire is better than the street ratio. It may be better mathematically, but that is one difficult sales pitch for recruiters.
