probably because every pilot was typed in the aircraft and there was no training contract. There are around 90 pilots there now and some of them have been on the payroll for quite a while so if they had their eyes open for greener pastures there was nothing holding them there so they probably took their type ratings and moved on. Just speculation but probably not far from the truth
