I never said it was a bad thing, nor did I say Delta management is bad. I said it was an insult for management to reward itself with buybacks, when the employees were the reason for their success.
Why was Delta such a inept poor airline before RA took over? Did the employees get together and all decide to do a better job? Why did Delta have something like 24 years as the number 1 customer service airline and drop to near dead last after Ron Allen took over. Did all the employees simply decide to perform poorly?
