She’s already got herself a grandpa 767 Capt maxing out the payscale at one the Big 5s! 12yr mil pilots are better ROI for Oscar....less pilot turnover (30yr career vs 23 yr like for 20yr retirees). So hire more of us, not that I’m biased or anything!
