It's unacceptable that passengers in back have access to better real time wx information on their phones than us. Yeah yeah, costs. This place excels at saving a penny in the short-term only to have to spend a buck later on because of it.
Apparently delta said no to the inflight wifi since they're the ones who will be paying for it. On one of the employee calls they mentioned during testing it was found the wifi plan would have to be increased to the next level package to have enough bandwidth or something and delta said no.
