Could be, I need to go back in check. Personally I thought the ASA flying was only %age based (85%) in ALT for feeder departures, although it does make sense.

As for the CR9's, yes your scope does restrict it to 76 seats but 2 CR9's are better than 3 CR2's. No JSJ here, just basic numbers.
