As long as that percentage holds I think they can reduce the flying as necessary. Anywho, 35 RJ's are being removed from Delta service. The question is where. Also, they can't just add more 900's as Delta's scope clause regulates that. Plus they would have to be in the 76 seat configuration.
Could be, I need to go back in check. Personally I thought the ASA flying was only %age based (85%) in ALT for feeder departures, although it does make sense.
As for the CR9's, yes your scope does restrict it to 76 seats but 2 CR9's are better than 3 CR2's. No JSJ here, just basic numbers.
