We are at the point that anyone can make it through training, FO or CA. I know of one CA who failed his first try at the jet and then passed the second time, but probably shouldn’t have. Blamed all his failures on the training department when in reality it was all on him. So far I’ve had very little issues with anyone, so training is doing their job pretty well for how many people they have been needing to push through.
