We hired an ACE guy as an MD-80 F/O a couple years ago. Within 8 or 9 months he left us to go to Atlas flying the Whale out of ANC.
ACE is a great place to build turboprop experience and guys from there have a lot of credibility with the ANC cargo operators like Lynden, NAC and Everts Air Cargo.
That experience wouldn't hurt you if you wanted to go to Alaska Airlines, either. They LOVE guys with Alaskan flying experience.
