The problem is is that it's not an even fight. Fighting the company on these things is like showing up for a war with a water pistol.

The companies have us outgunned with their own lawyers and the laws. We all know how grievances go.

If it were possible to call in fatigued without consequence we know it would happen more often. But there will be consequences.

It is not an even balance between corporate interests and safety IMHO WRT the 16-hour workday.

I'd love to call in fatigued. But how many of us really do it in real life? Being the armchair general or armchair quarterback is petty easy.
