Volunteer for a short stint on the hotel. You will figure out that the only way we get a nice hotel is if API and that nice hotel just happen to negotiate the lowest price at the time when we are changing hotels. Otherwise, we are in the lowest priced hotel that meets the minimum requirements.
We can change hotels for bed bugs, just to be placed back later.
