Not at all. Each employee group (class and craft) should have the opportunity to vote in a union to collectively bargain for them or not. Majority rules.
The cognitive dissonance for those who dislike those 'socialist' unions, but whose livelihoods depend on them must suffer from some serious cognitive dissonance. It's interesting how these 'rugged individualists' don't seem to prefer non-union pilot jobs.
