You are loosing pay. Every day you aren't home, you're loosing pay. If you're sitting around not flying, you're loosing pay.
Trip rigs, duty rigs, pay protection for awarded lines. And paid reserve is industry standard, not like we are trying to re invent the wheel.
They say they are competing with the regionals....while the regionals have all of that.
We can agree the soft pay needs to be fixed, because that is were QOL and compensation makes a difference.
