Junior WB CA tends to float between 2500-3500 on the seniority list. We have about 14,500 total today with about 4000-5000 hired in the last five years with a similar number coming in the next few years. I think average age of new hires is 37. If you are younger than 35 when hired I'd say there is an excellent chance all things being equal.
I would add the junior capt for a true widebody (765,330,777,350) is between 2500-3500. The junior 7ER (757/767) capt is around 7000-8000. That said once the ER is gone we will have to see what replaces it and where that seniority goes.
