Some FO's are getting fed up with the lack of movement and seniority in CLT and moving on to other bases, creating openings for those who don't mind that about CLT. Seniority number 13,7xx got CLT on the March Mutual Base Exchange award...which is far lower than anyone has been awarded CLT on a vacancy recently.
The one problem with that is I think the lowest seniority number in CLT is high 13’s, so no one above that can do a MBE because they would be the most junior person.
