Curious why the 765 is a true widebody, but the 767 is not. Same width, similar destinations, mix of domestic and intl... Should we revisit the definitions now that the venerable 747 is gone?

I propose:
Super Premium Widebody - Cappuccino machine, Dual Crew
Premium Widebody - Normally over 12 hours, but no cappuccino
Widebody - International three pilot crews
Wannabe Widebody - Twin Aisle, Twin Pilot domestic and Hawaii is Domestic!!

The top of the 7ER list will likely end up on the 330, bringing that down a bit into the 4,000 range. The bottom of the 7ER will fill out the 320/73N categories as they grow.

Over the hypothetical 30 year career we are discussing, there will be more new airplanes like the 797 and retirements of just about everything currently in the fleet.
