My guess is that if you are off the street, the best chances of getting hired at American is in the fall after they've short-fell their class quotas all year and they start ramping up class numbers. That's what happened last year. Just about every class in the first 6-7 months of the year had less people in them than planned, but by Aug/Sep through Dec, classes were super-sized.
