Sorry Rickair, but that's amplified ambient light, not thermal imaging. Most NVG systems (as opposed to IR systems) see essentially the same spectrum of light as the naked eye, with a slight offset to the IR side.
The "IR marker" and strobes are just outside of of the visible spectrum but are pretty close. The rest of the image is in the visible light spectrum. The voice in the beginning of the clip mistakenly calls a laser an "IR spotlight".
