Hey guys, new hire here sitting at home waiting for a class date. There has been lot of doom and gloom on here about the future of republic. What it sounds like is there is no flying coming and to stear clear of the company all together. Is there anyone on here that might have a different outlook. It’s a fact that no growth has been announced. Call it what you want, but that’s the truth. Whether or not something will be announced in the future, who knows. Everyone on here seems to think growth is guaranteed. I don’t. Do I think Republic is such a great place to work that I’d give up 9+ months of seniority at another company just to wait for a class date here? No, I also don’t.
