I un second that.

I felt like I was continually learning and unlearning techniques (like flows...). Few instructors had deep systems knowledge to help explain the WHY we were doing something. And trying to find the answer on your own was a lost cause because the manuals are split up and sent to the 4 corners of the world.

Regional training was much more smooth in my case.
