Hustle to get your 1,000 TPIC. Don't slack on it.
Volunteer - OBAP ACE Camps are a great local event every Summer in Memphis.
Work towards becoming an LCA or getting into your Regional's Training Dept.
Update your application at least Bi-weekly once you meet the Requirements.
Try to get a Personal Endorsement from one of your ex-PSA friends that are now at FedEx.
After the 1,000 TPIC consider going to Atlas for the Heavy International experience, if you can't get LCA or Training Dept.
You'll have to do something to set yourself apart from the thousands of Regional Captains with ample TPIC.
