I wish people would stop coming here. Not because its a sharty place to work...cuz it would force them to put more money into the pilot ranks.
Alot of these DEC’s are lucky theres no technical or flying interview. Chief pilot needs to stop just giving the seat away.
FOQA will correct that.
They’re hurting and it will continue to get worse. It’s slow bleeding. Things will change. It’s just a matter of time.
