ZW is 5 on, 3 off, 12 days off per month, in all bases, all short call (though getting assigned flying as early as 7-8 pm the night prior is possible, or if not, given a RAP start time for next day. 3 reserve lines usually as ready reserve, same schedule as above - just with 8 hr shifts, either all am, all pm, or the 3rd line that covers both shifts on days off.

IAD is most senior in both seats however the last few vacancies had new hires going to iad so it’s possible to get it during the 3 months you are in training.
