I am just wanting to pick your brains for a second about FedEx. I’m a regional FO (soon to be captain) flying for one of AAs wholly owneds. I live semi local to Memphis (west AL) and would move closer to Memphis in a heartbeat. FedEx has always been my dream job. I’m just wondering what boxes get you in the door the quickest. I am working on a masters, I plan to put in for check airman as soon as I possibly can after I upgrade. I just am curious are there any other things I can do that will improve my odds of getting the call to interview?

I wouldn't waste tons of money on a Master's degree. Fly max block hours, become LCA, volunteer with the union or some outside organization.. I have a friend that was hired at FDX with 3,000 TT, 1,000 TPIC, sim instructor... All civilian time too!
