I will get you an official answer from Pilot Recruiting. Keep in mind that NetJets does not use competitive minimums. A pilot with 2,500 hours has just as much of a chance at getting an interview as a pilot with 10,000+ hours.
In my opinion the interview was all about CRM/Safety and customer service, they are looking for a person who can be really flexible with the schedule and roll with the punches while sometimes having to deal with Ahole in the back professionally.
