Don't leave a WO regional for an ACMI. There are plenty of qualified, competent and charismatic pilots who don't get picked up. Having flow is career insurance, and it would remove a lot of stress.
I work at an ACMI and there are a lot of guys senior to me who I thought would have been no-brainers for Delta, FDX or UPS to hire. They're still here.
