This is correct if you have vacation scheduled within the proposed footprint of the training you have the option to delay training. You must schedule the vacation before the bid closes. So you will have to blindly guess when they will attempt to schedule your training.
Then expect class immediately after vacation. You used to be able to have unlimited vacation conflicts so when the ATR went away some people had vacation spaced out perfectly to have nearly a year off without flying. The company saw this last year and the domicile procedures LOA neutered it
You lose CA pay if training is delayed due taking your vacation if you’re waiting for upgrade
