80 hours doesn't always look the same. There are substantial differences between categories and even within categories depending on the season.

After crediting 80 hours per month for two months (RES with 7 days vacation), my wife asked if I missed flying. All I did was 2-3 short calls per month and no trips. I did miss flying, so I flew 80 hours the next month. 12 days was alot of work. Summer will look different, but 80 hours isn't equal in all categories.
