2. Any regional would take you as would most ULCC after a short stint in a regional. That would give you thirteen years at an ULCC, probably enough to retire as a Captain at any of them. Or go to a regional where you can get an upgrade quick and get 1000 TPIC. That MAY get you to a top tier legacy in time to retire as a senior FO.
