Finally - you're on call, never being able to work your personal schedule around work. Wow so that's like an extra $400 or so per month that you can make, huh? I guess that's why reserve sucks. I was just thinking that you get paid to not work. So i didn't know why everyone hated it. haha Shows how much i know.
