I'm in the Latitude and loving the new contract. I've finally achieved my lives mission of more money, less work. I really hope the last 2 months is the new standard.
I'm also so glad to be out of the broke ass fleets. My 2 years in the Latitude has been so much better because less airlining.

The ONLY motivation to remain in the GLC now (besides familiarity with the airplane) is the pay differential. And that is now largely eliminated because of the disparity there will be in FDPP.
