You can not convince me that our Negotiating Commitee did enough due diligence in negotiating this agreement. Especially since there are still many issues unresolved. This was done haphazardly and for the union to say "this is the best deal we can get from the company" is a blatant lie. Fact is that the LOA did not effect enough people in the mind of our leadership to make an asserted effort to negotiate this LOA. THis will haunt this crewforce in future negotiations for a longtime. We established precedents which are going to be difficult to recover (ie STV and the notion of non-volunteering individuals to fill company needs).
I am of the same opinion (and the boldface statement was pretty much acknowledged in MW's last-ditch beg for block rep votes).
