If guys Senior to you waive you could be forced to waive if you want a line over reserve. The 4 days off only helps if everyone is doing it. Eh I don’t like that way of thinking...
That’s like saying the company is forcing me to be based out of ACY...well okay maybe not forcing me but if I want to hold a line quicker or get a better seniority I better move to ACY.
Nobody is forcing you to waive your 4 days off. You are doing that on your own to gain something better.
