For the smallish CRJ FO group of 60ish that's a difference of 10-12 seniority numbers to hold a line.
Also when checking for the line holder's seniority, go by the actual lines, not relief/composite. Guys don't want them/forget to check the box/whatever, so those sometimes go way junior.
Yeah, the junior guy I mentioned is a hard line holder. Junior cmp guy is soon after him, a late 8/2018 hire.
Again, the actual numbers: BLK 244, a hard line, went to a 8/13/2018 hire. 10 people ahead of him also hold hard lines. So it's not just a random anomaly.
Highest CMP line, BLK 333, went to a 8/27/2018 hire.
