The training committee guy I talked to said it’s a dead issue. That we have it better than Delta who trains all night and this wasn’t going anywhere.

So please do PDR it and let us now what they tell you.

No training committee member on our National committee has said this is a dead issue. The committee is meeting regularly with the FTC management and has expressed the unions displeasure with this new policy of”slide periods”. What is dead is the fact that we can’t change this in the short term while the grievance process plays out.

DAL does not train 0200-0600. they use to have an E period where you went into the box at 2330-0330. Only authorized for west coast domiciled pilots and new hires. That time might be a little earlier now that the 20 min of dead time between sim periods is gone.

Just the facts
