That's like being senior and bidding the 777. And then being senior enough to hold Narita trips. But, the company decides to withhold the senior Narita trips and "hide them." it's the same principle....Now you get forced into some stupid domestic trip instead. Then, later, company decides to let pilots have the Narita trips. Too late, you can't trip trade, your illegal for it and your commuter trips to and from are all screwed up and the hotel you use for commuting is booked up. blah blah blah.

Only way to protect seniority is to protect the integrity of the bidding process.

Company wants free sim time open and available? sure, NP. Do it after midnight and til 6 AM. problem solved.
