How does every rest period being shorter than your duty period sound for starters? How does 11 hours of duty being a "short" day sound? How does having to change hotels at the same cities on a weekly basis because they found a cheaper one sound? Or having to do the expense reports for your hotels sound? I can go on and on.
You guys have something good at SWA, which is why it is the only airline I'm applying to. If WB gets you, you will see "Luv" go away. Your culture will be gone. If WB obtains you, it will ALL be about making him money, and it will cost you.
