Nowhere in that article do I see SWA acknowledging anything more than the fact that there has been speculation by others - they certainly aren't acknowledging any talks.
1. Someone makes a wild speculation.
2. SWA states they don't comment on wild speculation.
3. The interweb blows up because SWA stated the above.
