It’s a business for JB as well. Some of us here have signed the front of paychecks, not just the back. Make no mistake I’m not happy about the profit sharing. As a 320 FO on 5 year pay I got $310. But you can hardly call it theft or stealing when it wasn’t negotiated into a contract. I’ve owned 3 companies. My profits are my profits (kind of the point of starting a business no?) unless I agree to share it in writing with those that work for me. If it was a contractual obligation that was repudiated I get the anger. In this case the terms of the agreement under which we operate were fulfilled.
