I think the big issue is the PS.
They knew where it was going and changed it for the whole company. A few years ago we got pretty good checks and it helped cover for some of their crap. Now we have AO/GO getting 50 bucks. If we had never got it that’s one thing but once we got it and it was going up they played the shell game and took it away. Been here 7 years and I don’t think I have seen one issue create as much hatred for the ELT as this as with EVERY group. It was a major mistake and just flushed morale at a time when we don’t have much left anyway.

Look if Europe happens and we get the LR and grow that’s actually good news but the current vibe at the company looks at that (big news) and goes ehhh.

They could definitely fix morale and have us all going in the same direction but who knows if they ever will. mayBe
