If you have a 30 hour rest over an x day that ends early the next morning (think around 0100) can they still require you to check your schedule prior to 3pm in order to give you the only 10 hours lead call out coming off of an x day? You’re not required to check your schedule on an x-day.
The 10am/3pm carveout is a requirement on the company ... to have morning assignments done early enough for you to plan around them.
It’s for your convenience. You are not required to check your schedule at 3pm...or ever on an xday
