It looks from the outside that Republic pays better, but with the bonus structure at Commutair, they actually pay better overall. I know the plane is better at Republic, but not sure what else is. That bonus gets you ahead of Republic pilots for one year. Then what? You will be making significantly less then Republic pilots and you will have worse work rules and QOL. But that doesn't matter, because you'll be at a Major within 3-years any way amirite?
